Presentation was done in Bio Genetics 3366 where students chose a genetic disease of their interest and presented major findings about the disease.   

This project was completed as a signature assignment in the Bio 2277 Investigation & Research course. We were exposed to techniques in information search and retrieval, scientific writing, and effective presentation and communication of information.

In this presentation my partner and I examine the levels of the serotonin transporter gene (SERT) by turning down the levels of the short SERT allele that is associated in the increase of depression. This was an presentation completed in Bio 4276 Senior Seminar.
